Application of 350mm UHP Graphite Electrode
The UHP graphite electrode with a diameter of 350mm is a type of electrode specifically used for various industrial processes, including aluminum electrolysis, as well as the smelting of copper, steel, and iron.
Aluminum electrolysis: In the production of aluminum, the UHP graphite electrode is used in the electrolytic cell for the electrolysis process. The high conductivity and ability to withstand harsh conditions make the 350mm UHP graphite electrode highly suitable for aluminum electrolysis.
Copper smelting: The UHP graphite electrode is also applied in copper smelting as a conductor to transmit and create the required temperature inside the anode paste for metallurgical reactions. The large diameter of 350mm allows for higher current flow, thus achieving efficient copper smelting.
