Graphite Electrode For Refractory Industry
Products Description
Graphite electrode for refractory industry
Graphite electrodes are often used in refractory industry and produce materials that can endure high temperature and poor condition. They play an important role in a couple of stages of the refractory production process, manufacture of refractory materials and the firing or sintering of these materials contained.

Graphite Electrode Production Process

Applications
Electric arc furnaces: Graphite electrodes are used in electric arc furnaces to melt the raw materials used to make refractory materials, for example, alumina and magnesia. The electric arc furnace use them to generate heat and melt the raw material and boost the chemical reaction.
Sintering furnaces: They are also used in sintering furnaces to heat and harden refractory materials. The sintering furnace use them to produce heat and maintain a controlled temperature to ensure the refractory material is sintered as needed.
Production of carbon-containing refractory materials: They are used to produce carbon-containing refractory materials, for instance, graphite crucibles and carbon blocks. They are used to yield heat, melt raw materials and help chemical reaction to yield carbon-containing refractory material.

Packing and Shipping
Finished Graphite Electrodes are packed according to customers' requirements, shipped via containers or trucks, and provided with perfect after-sales service.
