HP graphite electrode for LED production

HP Graphite electrode Application
Silicon production: HP graphite electrodes are used in electric arc furnaces for the production of silicon metal, which is used in a variety of industrial applications.
Steel production: HP graphite electrodes are commonly used in electric arc furnaces for the production of steel. The high power and high density of the electrodes make them ideal for the high temperatures and harsh conditions of steelmaking.
Non-ferrous metal production: HP graphite electrodes can also be used in the production of non-ferrous metals like copper, nickel, and aluminum. The electrodes are used in electric arc furnaces to melt the raw materials and produce the final metal product.
Glass manufacturing: HP graphite electrodes are used in the production of glass to melt the raw materials and form the glass. The high power and density of the electrodes allow for efficient heating and melting of the glass ingredients.
HP Graphite electrode transportation requirement
1.Cover a rain-proof tarpaulin on the graphite electrodes in the course of long-distance transportation.
2.It is important to use a wire rope when lifting the wooden-packaged electrodes with a lifting crance. it is forbidden to lift the electrodes with the steel packaging belts on the wooden-packaged.
3.For the purpose of protecting the electrodes end and threads, it is not allowed to lift an electrode with a grappling iron hooking the electrode socket.
4.Put slightly when loading and unloading the nipple box so as to prevent damage to the threads.
