preparation of raw material:
1.Graphite powder: Select high-purity graphite powder with appropriate particle size as the manufacturing raw material.
2. Binder: Add a certain proportion of binder, such as clay, starch, etc., to increase the adhesion and formability of the graphite crucible.
Molding:
1. Stirring: Mix the graphite powder and binder in a certain proportion and stir them evenly to make them into a paste.
2. Bundling: Fill the stirred paste into the mold, compact it with a high-pressure mold and remove the excess paste.
3. Adoption: Use wind or natural drying to turn the wet paste in the crucible mold into a solid form.
Sintering:
1. Pre-burning: Put the dried crucible mold into the pre-burning furnace and heat it to 300-400 degrees Celsius in air to remove volatiles and organic matter in the binder.
2. Graphitization: Place the pre-burned crucible mold in a pre-burning furnace and heat it to 2000-3000 degrees Celsius in a stable inert atmosphere to transform its graphite lattice into crystalline graphite and further enhance the physical and chemical properties of the crucible.
3. Cooling: Take the graphitized crucible mold out of the graphitization furnace and quickly cool it to room temperature to avoid excessive crystallization and thermal stress damage.
Processing:
1. Surface treatment: Use a grinding wheel or other tools to trim the crucible to make its surface flat and smooth.
2. Determine the size: Determine the final size and geometry of the crucible through measurement and cutting processes.
3. Cleaning: Clean the crucible with a chemical solution or ultrasonic cleaner to remove impurities on the surface.
4. Inspection: Perform quality inspection on the processed crucible.
5. Packaging: Pack the qualified graphite crucible to protect it from the external environment.
