,Before connecting the electrode, first clean the electrode thread. When carefully screwing the connector into one end of the electrode, screw the lifting connector into the other end of the electrode. Do not collide with the thread. It is not recommended to install the connector directly onto the electrode being used on the furnace.

,It is absolutely not allowed to clean the electrode threads with steel wire balls, metal brushes or emery cloth. Only compressed air without oil and water can be used for cleaning.

,When using a rotatable elastic hook, place a soft support pad under the electrode connector to prevent damage to the thread.

,Before connecting the electrode, the hole should be cleaned with compressed air that does not contain oil or water.

,Use an elastic hook to lift the electrode onto the furnace, locate the center, slowly move it down, lightly screw it in, and tighten it with a hoop.

,Use special calipers to tighten to the specified torque. It can be tightened to the specified torque by mechanical means, hydraulic pressure, or wind pressure equipment.

,If the two electrode end surfaces are not in contact or the contact pressure is too large, normal use will be affected. Please refer to the torque specified in the diagram.

,The electrode holder must be within the two white warning lines. The contact surface between the holder and the electrode should be cleaned regularly to maintain good contact with the electrode. The cooling water jacket of the holder is strictly prohibited from leaking.

,To avoid breaking of the electrode, insulating blocks must not be placed in the furnace. The working current of the electrode must be consistent with the allowable current of the electrode in the manual.

,To avoid breaking the electrode, place the large piece at the bottom and the small piece at the top.
