Graphitized electrode grade calcined petroleum coke
It is a high-quality carbon material which used as a raw material when produce electrodes for electric arc furnaces. It is manufactured through heating calcined petroleum coke to high temperature (above 2,500°C) in an inert environment, and this process eliminate impurities and transform the coke into a highly crystalline form of carbon which have a high degree of graphitization.
